Service Description
Ongoing EMDR Sessions Each EMDR session is tailored to where you are in your journey—some days we may be gently processing memories, and other times we might focus on building resources and inner stability. There's no rush. The pace is always guided by you and your readiness. These sessions provide a safe, consistent space to explore, heal, and grow—supporting you in releasing old patterns and finding a renewed sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust.
Cancellation Policy
To support a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please take a moment to read the following booking policy for all sessions, including Initial Consultations and ongoing EMDR therapy. Session Bookings Appointments can be booked online or directly through my practice. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so please ensure you arrive on time. If you are running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to honour the next client’s booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling I understand that life happens and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives me the opportunity to offer the session time to someone else in need. Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice will incur no fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice and more than 3hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 3 hours’ notice and missed appointments without any notice (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee. Initial Consultation/Assessment Sessions As these sessions are often in high demand, full payment is required at the time of confirmation of your appointment. Ongoing EMDR Sessions For regular sessions, payment is due 24hrs prior to the day of your appointment unless you’ve pre-purchased a session package.
